This includes refinances, oversight of property management, and eventually, the disposition of our properties.
Property
Management
No one takes better care of an asset than its owner, which is why we believe in managing our own properties. Foster has a robust, full-service operation for property management, which includes accounting, reporting, on-site personnel, payroll, and leasing.
Project
Management
With an in-house construction company, Foster can keep capital expenditures down for investors, while providing turn-key buildouts to tenants with no cost to them. This adds value for prospective tenants and puts our buildings at the top of their short list.
